“False fire alarm went off at 7am, was not asked if I was a hilton member when arriving (so no water bottles offered) and pancake maker was broken”

“This quaint little motel was tucked away with walking distance to shops and dining and just a few miles from the main strip and beautiful creek with parking, trails and picnic areas. The staff were so very nice. A simple stay and we enjoyed it very much.”

“Our river view condo was very nice - listening to the rushing water kept with the Smoky Mountains vibe of the trip. The ducks, geese, and Herron were also fun to watch. Lazy River was also very nice after days of sightseeing and its cleanliness was much appreciated. Location was also very nice - close to everything yet not on the main drag which is very busy.”

“We didn’t like that the breakfast wasn’t free, we had to pay for the breakfast while booking or you can at the hotel each day. The tv in one of our rooms was having technical difficulties. There’s no clocks in the rooms. & the floors aren’t carpeted, it’s hard floors & they were very dirty. My daughter’s socks were black on the bottom. But all that aside; the staff was amazing, we did purchase the breakfast & it was delicious. We got $5 off per ticket when we purchased Dollywood tickets through...
