“Everyone was very friendly. The room itself was very clean and housekeeping came in every day to change trash, make beds, and take out trash. The breakfast was wonderful with always something new on the menu. Although some of the choices were the same there was a lot to choose feom.”

“The activities for children were excellent! I had to park VERY far away from my room on the weekend. The slides and staff were great! There are no phones in the rooms and no microwaves in the rooms. Their bakery was amazing and their all-you-can-eat breakfast was nice. Overall the place was very fun! We had the balcony room in Building #2. The bathtub was very slippery and the water would build up when taking a shower. There were no phones or microwaves inside the room. ”

“I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised by this facility. It has been newly renovated. The beds are very soft and comfortable, I had no trouble sleeping. The carpet seems new. It was very clean. we had a balcony overlooking a stream, where we saw a bear one morning”

“Was very clean. Only thing that they needed was a small table or stand. We had to put our food on the bed and eat there. Was a very nice place to stay with a bubbling brook off the back balcony. Had a trolley stop right across the street to take us into downtown Gattlinburg so we didnt have to deal with the nightmare of driving there. Saw 2 black bears just running around. Would definitely stay here again.”
